Track of the Adria raceway: description and characteristics

The Adria International Raceway circuit is 2,702 meters long and has a constant width of 12 meters. The track, which has a straight starting line of 14 meters wide, can accommodate up to 32 cars for short races and up to 50 for endurance races. It has a 16-meter pit lane and a rescue and intervention lane that does not interfere with the circuit.

The track has been designed to allow the completion of overtaking maneuvers in complete safety, thus also increasing the spectacle of the automobile race both from the point of view of the public and for pilots who can put their skills into action.
Each important section of the circuit is followed by a so-called “slow” curve which imposes a cut-off to the limit.

The curves inserted in this track are fun and specially designed with different curvature radii to allow the various driving techniques to be applied on the track. The artificial chicanes and the typically regular curves that do not offer the adrenaline-like charm that a lover of speed wants to try on a track like this, do not find space.
